We recently sold and purchased a home, having a very short time frame to working in Mr. McMullen was very prompt and worked within our schedule.  We asked him to inspect the home we were selling so we could address any repairs needed before the sale.  We also asked him to inspect the home we were purchasing.  After inspecting the home being purchased he pointed out a few major issues with the home that had to be repaired before purchase.  The current homeowner did not want to make the repairs we chose not to purchase the home.  Within two days we found another home, Mr. McMullen inspected the house the next day because of our short time frame.
